I made reservations for three anglers for four days in Janurary 21,22,23,24 2006 at Roy's Zancudo Lodge.

I made this reservation last year when I was there. It is the only way to get great dates, around the full moon and a great Captain.
My partners just told me they can't make it. I wouldn't like to lose most of my deposit and I love to fish there. I can put you in touch with my last year mates and you can get their opinion. Three of us boated over thirtyfive sails in two and a half days.
So if anyone is interested in getting warm in Janurary and fishing Costa Rica, please contact me. I usually fish three days for sail, tuna, dorado, and ocassional marlin. A day bottom fishing, Rooster, cubera snapper, blue fin trevaly, bar jack and corvina. We can tailor it to your type of fishing.
Go to Roy's web site and it will explain the deal.
I have at least 8 or 9 trips to Roy's.

Funny thing is that I will be there at the same time roughly. I fly to San Jose the 17th and fly out on the 24th. I arranged my trip through www.gocostaricafishing.net and www.danrosssportfishing.com

Forgot to mention that I am fishing for sure in Golfito the 20th-22nd and perhaps more.

I was there in March, wow what a trip! Caught 2 that the Capt. said were about 175 lbs! So, how about the cost? I might be interested.

The cost is around $2,000.00 an angler after you get to San Jose. I booked with 2004 prices and get a discount from Roy. Plane fare from Buffalo, NY is around $500.0
