I'm gearing up for spring. I want to get a couple of 7 1/2' rods for trolling on the detroit river and up north. I have some of the Heartland rods for dipsys when I'm salmon fishing and like them. Daiwa has the Heartland HL-D762MLS-G and the newer Firewolf FWW710MHFB. I'd really like the firewolf in a ML action because I like the fast action and 1 piece set-up(it telescopes).
Anyone used the firewolf rods want to reply? I'm wondering how stiff the firewolf MH is.
