The bite was on at Chatfield Saturday and Sunday. No keeper size (18" ) seen caught, 17 15/16" was the biggest I caught. They are very healthy and plump. All of them came off the sunken road.
Water temp was in the mid 50's. Go during the week if you can. Went Saturday and Sunday and it was a complete zoo. Actually saw a guy reading the owners manual to his jet ski while tied up to the dock. The boat traffic didn't seem to affect the bite, but made my kidneys hurt working the wakey lake in my tri-hull.
Any other lakes in Colorado producing yet?
