Glow Hooks??

Any opinions on these? just picked up Walleye World dvd by Al Linder and the crew he seemed to be jawing on these like they were really hot for Walleyes? of course he is fishing MN. and I fish WI.

I've read over and over again how the glow hooks should help you in murkey or dirty water conditions. I have not used them however. I have however used glow jigs and they seem to do a little better in the above stated condition.
