infornation on river cfm ?

i would like to know were on the web. i can find information on river flow rates? the web site theohioriver. com as alot of information but i can not find information on the rate of flow (cfm) or how many gates are open .
went fishing sat. river height was fine but it was to swift to fish ,it was a long drive for nothing. i would like information on rivers in wv. fishing as been slow this fall .i fish the ohio and the kanawha river.
