My snelled knots when using P line flourocarbon do not want to stay. Has anyone used clear nail polish to keep them tight?
Takes to long to dry. Use a palomar knot or get a bottle of instant crazy glue with a color change brush so you can see what you're dabbing on. Holds in seconds and isn't a prolem for the line strength.

What pound test are you using? To large of line will not retain the memory from the knot you are tying! I go 7-9 wraps on the shank and no more! 6-14#should be OK 17#plus is getting a little big.
Grab the hook firmly with pliers if you have to and pull the line firmly to seat the snell. This will stop the unravelling...

I use3 a uni knot AND glue all my knots... I have never had a glued knot unravel...
BTW, I like the color change idea... what brand is that.... also research the glue a bit... some are hard on line...
Glue I use is the Krazy Glue Brand, got it at Wal Mart. Purple capped bottle with the brush and it goes on purple til it dries. Pro told me it was the best kind to use on this stuff. Not one problem to date and the bottle goes a long ways, don't know how far yet, but two seasons now.

I wonder what type snell knot you are using.
If you learn to tie the snell knot that are used on commercially supplied snelled hooks, I don't believe you will have any problem with lines coming loose.
Many folks use an abreviated version of the snell knot which can be tied quickly, but doesn't always stay tied - depending on the type line being used.
The following link is an example of a snelled knot that is not likely to come apart - irrespective of the typle line being used:
