I'm looking for a spot to find information on antique and novelty fishing lures. Any one know a good place to start?

Swede,
George Richey writes articles in Woods-n-Water News about sporting collectables . He also has several books about the subject . His address is : RR1 Box 280 ,Honor MI 49640 . Drop him a line & be sure to send a SASE . Couldn't find an e-mail though . Hope that helps .

Swede,
Try a search engine in Yahoo or go to a site at www.ask.com. There are alot of sites out there that deal in antique lures. Ebay has a site where they sell antique lures. Hope this helps.

Try Krause Publications 700E. State Street Iola, Wis. 54990-0001 Call toll free to receive a catalog or place an order 1-800-258-0929. They have an excellent up to date manual on antique lures etc. They also publish coin collecting, gun collecting and other books and newspapers. One book my wife recomends is "The Complete Venison Cookbook From Field To Table" by Outdoor writers Jim and Ann Casada.
