Cabelas has the "Prestidge" at $80 and Bass Pro has the "Extreme" for $70... Anybody with some more than limited experience with either or better yet both and can compare... Also, anybody know of others...
I have two very much older Abus and a Quantum that is out of production...

Others... Abu Garcia 2005LP in that $70-80 sug. retail price. I picked one up for around $40 brand new in the box on Ebay.

Greg - I have one of the new Cabela's Tounament ZX - FS, $69.99 (bait caster w/flipping switch). Seems like a good reel, the little bit I have used it so far this year. Have two of the "old style" Prodigy bait casters, love 'Em. Was sad to see that they changed them this year. C-man

I was at Wal Mart the other day and they have an Abu Garcia model with a flipping switch for around $60 if I remember right. It was packaged in plastic rather than a box and looked like a decent reel. I think it had 4 ball bearings. I think it would work good for bottom bouncing.
