lake erie combo stamp???

Being a Pennsylvania resident, im confused on the lake erie combo stamp, by purchasing this stamp does this mean that being a Pa resident i can fish ohio waters of lake erie? or do i still need to purchase a non resident ohio license for lake erie? any insight?

Its only good for pa. I paid $19 for a 3 day ohio license and a one day was $11 i believe.

With the pa combo stamp you can also fish non lake erie strams for trout in pa. only.
