fishing partner

I'm looking for a fishing partner to enjoy the sport with in the upper midwest (northern Illinois, wisconsin, and eastern minnesota,
i do not own a boat, am not a rich man, nor have access to privte property but would be willing to share anything i can to make friends aquaintances and contacts, #####... I just wanna fish and my resources are limited. will anyone help?
