Lowrance Menu setup help?!?

On a Lowrance X17, how do you get the depth and temp to be displayed in split screen?

When the screen is split between sonar and map, the upper left corner of the sonar diplay is where the depth and temp should be displayed, but gets "covered" by the map screen.

I've looked/searched the manual for this specific info, and played with all the menu options, but can't get this displayed!

Anyone with a similiar unit?

hit the menu button, scroll down to overlay data then select which ones you want, and use the left/right arrows to adjust the size you want.

JP, turn your unit on to the screen you want. Go to overlay data on the menu and select Gps or sonar to get the items you want. I just did it to my X-28C. I hope this helps. Jim

Another neat thing you can do is move the "depth" or other data around on the screen to put it where you want it. Hit "menu" , "overlay data", highlight the data you want to move - hit "enter", then hit "move". You can then use the arrow keys to move the data around on the screen. Hit enter again when you have it moved to the desired place.
