Reef Runner Sizes

What sizes of reef runners are used the most? I know that all sizes have there place, but usually one or two sizes in any lure prove to be the workhorses.

I'd guess the 800 series is by far the most popular. However on the lake I fish most often I use the whole lot of them with success.

I'd have to say that each size and shape has its particular application. As far as reef runners go, I like them the best in the deep diving models 800 and 600 series. Of those, I use the deep little rippers the most. For shallow cranks, I prefer rapala varieties over reef runners.

My go to reef runners are deep little rippers and 200 series rip shads, with the eriedescent color being the best for both.

Lake Erie Deep Reef Runners and Saginaw Bay i like the Deep Little Rippers.
