One question that has to be answered is does the steering wheel pull to one side when under power or can you let go and still track straight? If it pulls to one side you could just have to adjust your tourqe tab on the motor which involves loosening the bolt that holds it on and turning it to get rid of the pull in the wheel. Another reason for the list is you may have a small portion of a transducer mounting board protruding below the transom which is causing the list or you may have an imperfection on one side of the transom on the bottom of the boat like a dent from the trailer which is causing it.
You could also have a motor mounted improperly so get out the tape measure and a long straight edge and check it out.
Hope this helps

The list to port under power is caused by the tourque of the prop, as it bites into the water and tranfers energy.

I have a similar problem with my Lund.
Close inspection of the bottom shows a small "dent" that the trailer roller made. I have switched to bunks because they have a higher surface area touching the boat and distribute load better. This, I believe is the cause in my case. It is made worse at higher speeds.
Check the bottom of the boat very closely.
