Has anyone tried the new crawler rig, or the bottom bouncer? What Kind of action do you get on both?

I haven't tried the new Shake-E Blade crawler harness on the lake yet, but I did try one in the pool where I swim, to see what kind of action it has. I had the pool to myself, so I thought, "why not?"

It has an erratic vibration and pulls straight. It doesn't roll, so that's good to know. By the design, I thought it might run goofey, but that isn't the case. The vibration is much stronger than that of a regular blade in my opinion.

I'll give it a try this Spring on Erie, and tell you how it works for me.

During testing last summer, the Shake-E-Blade rigs and bottom bouncers were very successful in catching fish. The blade vibrates and flashes erratically. For underwater footage, take a look at the following video:

The Chatterbait made a big splash in the bass world last year, so it was definitely good thinking on Lindy's part, to adapt a similar "chatter" to a walleye bait.

I'm looking forward to trying them out. I can definitely see it's potential for being successful. ;)
