I jig with a spinning outfit in the river for walleye. I see some guys use a casting outfit with a flipping bar to change depth(deeper with one hand). With a spinning outfit, I hold rod with my right and reel with my left( feels natural). Would you do the same with a casting outfit. With a casting outfit I cast with my right, switch rod to left hand, then reel with the right. Doesn't feel natural with a casting rod to hold rod with the right and reel with the left or is it just me?
