Lowrance advertises their LCX-16CI as viewable in direct sunlight. I was wondering how good it really is. I think I would like the color option especially for the GPS portion but am not sure it is worth the money. Has anyone tried it in direct bright sunlight? Would the X15-MT be a better choice? I also run two pinpoint 7520's networked together and want to run the Lowrance and Pinpoint locators at the same time. I think I want the single 200KHz transducer but Pinpoint also runs at 200KHz. I was talking to the Reed's rep at our local boat show and his opinion was there would not be any interference issues since Pinpoint and Lowrance have different pulsing rates. I'm not sure I am convinced. Anyone tried this? Thanks in advance for your input...
