Hey guys somehow last year I lost a spring for the tattle flag on my off-shore boards. They are kind of expensive for 1 spring so I was wondering if you guys had thought of a more cost effective way of replacing these.
Thanks men

Your local hardware store should have a C-73 spring they will work.

Yes as mentioned the C-73 spring from the hardware store otherwise i have heard of guys using rubber bands also. I found the C-73 springs at Menards.

c-73 from century and you will be happy.
I might be mistaken but I think the referenced c73 is usually suggested for guys that want something stiffer than stock.
If you want them to match either get 2 c73's or take your other spring to the hardware or autoparts & find something identical (or close & get two)
The 1st link discusses c73's & the second has the scoop on rubber bands

You can make your whole set up from your local hardware store.
