Sorry about this post, but Ive had a few guys back out of my prostaff program. The program consists of buying rods at a base cost price for your use. Then I require my guys to sell my rods to retailers, such as tackle shops, so they carry my line of rods. In return you will receive rods and commission based on the number of sales, ect. If anyone is still interested email me, I have 2 spots open and im really going to be careful this time around on who i choose so ill be reviewing people and resumes for the next 2 weeks. Email me any interest and please do not email me resumes, mail them to 9 s newark, Ventnor, NJ, 08406 CO/ RumbleFish Rods. Belts2@aol.com, or sales@rumblefishrods.com.

I tried several times to contact you regarding your last post about the possibility of getting on your Prostaff. I left e-mail and phone messages, but none were ever returned. After three days of attempting to get ahold of you, I gave up. I understand that you may have already been full, but it would have been professional to return my messages. I am sure that you have a wonderful product and wish you only the best with your endeavor.

:* hi shane, just have a question for you on the rods and pro staff. i am sure others would like to hear the answer to these questions, i am not trying to be belligerant but they are legitimate questions. 1.) what if someone wants to try the rods before putting out a lot of money? is there some sort of money back gaurantee? 2.) what happens if a pro staff member cannot get a retailer to buy the product, is there a commission basis on the rods or is the pro staffer stuck with the product? 3.) if no one knows how good your product is how do they promote/sell it? i am just curious thanks

Very Good questions.
If someone buys the minimum 4 rod order, to be on the prostaff, and hates them they can send them back, provided they are not damaged, and get 100% of their money back - no questions asked. If they are sold retail, they are already in the hands of the consumer in the store and they can decide to purchase them before they leave the store, and in that instance there is no money back. Prostaffers do not have to buy any rods to sell. The rods they purchase are their rods to use. I just want them to get contacts of tackle stores, whom are interested in the rods, I will sell the rods for them, and they reap the set up benefits. Third I have a brochure coming out in a month. It takes time, and the guys i have signed on now are taking a chance on me and my company absolutely. But I think they feel it is a good risk, so there is a risk/reward element involved absolutely. I hope I answered the questions, anymore just let me know.

Hey rumble fish I am confuse...explain this for us please...

This is from your first message

Then I require my guys to sell my rods to retailers, such as tackle shops, so they carry my line of rods.

Here is from your third message

I just want them to get contacts of tackle stores, whom are interested in the rods, I will sell the rods for them, and they reap the set up benefits.

Now I am no expert..but which one is it? You have us angler's confused. I also thought that prostaff members recieved product free of charge so they could try them out before they put there name and face with them.

Quick question, are you looking exclusively for people w/ a proven tournament record or long resume? The reason that I ask, is that I really only started fishing tournaments last year. This year I will fish a minimum of seven tournaments that I consider major. If you prefer, you can email your response to goldpig22@hotmail.com Thanks.
