Cow elk in Colorado

Anyone done the cow elk permits for herd control?

Can you reccomend an outfitter? Costs etc.

Its a draw for non-res, due in April, Local youths can buy and hunt each year until they are successful. Locals can purchase tags that are leftovers in zones or put in for pref points, thats all I know. Will be back in couple more years as a nonres.
