I would like to thank Fern Duquette of Kashabowie Outposts for the phone call he made to me on Oct 26 2004. He handled what could have been a really ugly phone call with class and yes Fern you left me with a smile.I need to tell everyone what Fern has done for my partner and I, is invite us back for a hunt next year at no cost to us other then tags and a few other small things. As some of you have read I left a post on walleye central about how we were unhappy with how our hunt had gone this year. To Fern's credit he read our post and worked with us to fix the problems and have us back next year. In this day and age of so many uncaring people it is a real joy to meet someone who has the class and courage to stand behind there word and make things right.Fern I tip my hat to you and say Thank-You for caring and doing the right thing. My god bless you and your family in the coming year. See you next fall. Keith
