Other than they work great? I would get a digital one as processing hundreds of pics could/will be very costly. I know a guy who actually caught the guys who stole his tree stand on camera. But they could have/would have takin the camera too if they had known. I lkie them and the cost has gotten alot better.

You can make one yourself for alot less cost and have better quality photos. Go to www.hagshouse.com and there are instructions on how to make them.

Jerry I went to the site you posted and read on making my own. It sounds like you would have more in it than it cost to buy one and also alot of time putting it all together and hoping it worked. You can buy one complete now for $99.00 with camera.

From what I hear the CuddeCam is THE ONE to get. They are pricy but from what I understand they have a lot better battery live (very important) I would not buy one that is not digital. They are more expensive but you do not have to pay for developing plus the hassle of going to the store for film and developing all the time.

they are great fun. i had the deercam 35mm but film and processing a roll per day got out of hand $$$$. Now have the Cuddeback digital and love it. TONS OF FUN!!! Works great too.

I have had 4 digital stealth cams trying to find one that does what they should do. Took 2 back one could only take a couple pictures before it went to low battery light on and the other ones motion sensor did'nt work right.Have one out right now that I do not think is working right either the flash and the aperature are not in sync the night shots are not capturing enough light from the flash.I think the other 2 are going back also. They really seem to be under powered especially when you put in a compact flash card that can hold hundreds of shots and the camera can't produce.I will probably try the cuddle cam next .Would like to here about some good results from them. Thanks CARBO
