Elk hunting first time Archery

Was wondering if anyone would share there Elk hunting areas for a over the counter Elk hunt in Colorado ( Archery) I've never been elk hunting and don't know where to start looking for a place to hunt. By looking at the regs for Colorado it seems a little confusing.

Hey if your hunting Colorado for Elk your in heaven. That being said I started Archery Elk up here in Saskatchewan Canada a few years ago and found that nothing beats getting out on foot and finding the elk. Ya I know everyone is really busy and its hard to find the time but I'm telling you start with one day and the rest will fall into place.
