Canadien Fishing Licenses On-line

I'm looking for a website where I can download a canadien fishing license application. I did it last year, but I can't remember who had the website. I then sent my check to the Ontario Ministry and had license back a week later. It was real easy.
I know I can go to a nearby retailer, but I think they charge a few extra bucks.

Call the Ontario MNR at 1-800-667-1940 and ask them to fax or mail you the application. They'll be happy to help and there is no extra charge.

Apparently there is a $7 (Canadian) fee.

I received my license direct from the MNR in January and there were no additional fees. I just talked to my fishing partner who just received his on Monday and there were no extra charges for his license either. I may be completely wrong, but I think the handling fees are coming from retailers who are selling the licenses via mail or internet, not the MNR.

even though there is someone who thinks it's no big deal, i called this year instead of faxing and was charged $7 for shipping /handling. the call number used was 800-667-1940. i usually fax it to 519-354-0313. the 1-800 number might be a second party handling the sale.

The above website indicates that there is a $7 Internet Service Fee per transaction. Not sure how much the local vendors charge to write up a license when you are in Canada.
