If anything what does everybody do to prepare your dogs physically for the season. The energy used to hunt fields all day has to be more so than to wonder around the yard all day.

I keep my dogs active by roading them with my ATVs all summer long.I also change my feed to a higher octane :) when season starts .It really does show when you put them down in the field.

Ps. I also started using those Pro bars they sell for a 1.65 ea.
they are high calories and helps the dogs regain faster. I used to think it was just another junk bar like they sell for people but I have noticed a difference in the dogs. Happy Hunting.
