I just bought one of these I'm not sure If I even spelled the name correctly. I had a chance to see one last year while prefishing the RCL Championship I was impressed is there anybody that owns one that can tell me if they are as good as what I've heard. I also run the LCX15MT is it leaps & bounds better than the X15. My wife is gonna kill me & I need to know it was worth it. Thanks Pat Cavins I'll be fishing MWC & RCL hopefully it will help me..

Now that the dust has settled a little, and I can come out of my fox hole, where I've been cowering all day clutching my Genetron, I'll tell ya a little story that might answer your question.
One of the very top, big, most successful walleye "pro's", used a Genetron for a couple years, back in the mid-nineties. As all of us have, he purchased his without any sponsor deal. So....then a major depthfinder company comes along and offers mega bucks to be a spokesperson for such and such. Of course, money talks....to a point.
(No, don't even think about it! I will not come back to this post with any response, in any form or fashion, involving the names of the company or the pro. The company makes a great product, and the pro is one of the best in the game. Just a funny..but telling story.lol)Anyway....The next season, covered by a rainsuit or the like, under the dash of his boat was a Genetron. It took two years for the sponsor to find it! Poor guy....lol lol
Now....I'm headin' back to the fox hole til morning and see if it's safe then. I never had to sleep with "it" before.lol lol
