Looking for Ice House rentals for Mille Lacs for a weekend. Have a group of guys (approx 6-8, so maybe 2 ice houses?) that would be looking to spend a couple night out on the lake.

Can anyone point me in the direction of some quality ice lodgings?

Thanks for any and all replies!!

my personal favorites are Hunters Point and Sunsetbay, both on the east side

Call McQuoids Inn and Event Center 1-800-862-3535

They have ice houses large enough for your entire group to stay in one house (14 ice holes)!!

They are located in the SE corner of the lake in Isle,Mn.

I'll be in MN for x-mas and won't be able haul all of my gear so I want to rent a shack for just a day to bring my kids out (not overnight) on Dec 26th. I'll be driving up from St. Cloud so I would prefer the southern end to cut travel time down. I don't need anything fancy, just a warm house. Any suggestions?

Over the last few days, I've contacted several resorts about a day rental. The customer service & professionalism of Sunset Bay has stood out head-&-shoulders above the others. If there's enough ice when I'm in MN, I'll be renting from them.

I've always had the best luck with Fishermen's Wharf Resort. Friendly people that are customer orientated and they have nice ice houses. They are just up the road from Isle on the east side of the lake.
