I heard every fish taste great from under the ice?

I hear you can eat any speacies of fish there is if it is caught under the ice, fresh and firm is the meat with no worry of a worm, what do ya say?

Well, they all taste better if chilled as soon as possible, and icing kept fish instead of putting them in a warm livewell in summer keeps them firm and tasty.

IF fish has worms in the summer its got them in the winter.Advice never look to closely at your fillets just cookem.

I tried white perch caught from Lake Erie through the ice, and spit it out. Stil too muddy for my taste.
