Lowrance I-Finder Pro Problem

When I save a waypoint on my I Finder Pro the symbol I use doesn't show up on the map/screen. The waypoint exists because I can navigate to it, but I just don't see the symbol on the map. Anyone else have this problem? Do I not have something set correctly, or is something wrong with my unit? Drives me nuts when I bring up the map and can't see all my waypoints!!

You might want to go to Menu, then Map Categories drawn, My Waypoints will be on top, one the bottom of page there is a Supcategorys box, you can use the right arrow to see if names and Symbols have a check by them. You can have it display them both or one another. The symbols or waypoints may be turned off. Hope this helps.
