Hello Everyone,

I have to ask, is there anyone that is going to be ice fishing in the Islands (Port Clinton area I guess) this week?

I am in Mentor,Oh. and sure would like to go out there and try to get some walleyes thru the ice. I have a hand auger, and all the rods and stuff I need,. I just DON'T know where to fish out there ! ! !

I anyone is going out that way, and you don't mind having someone tag along, let me know.

Thank You in advance, Bill.

they are fishing and doing well at Crane Creek. Lots of drifts and 4 wheelers are having a hard time getting around. The fish are out 5 miles. They are also fishing at catawba but it was slow the weekend. A buddy of mine went to put n-bay and killed em. I saw the pics.....take the air boat they are running off catawba where miller ferry goes out in the summer. There is open water, don't go across any other way. Round trip is only 50 bucks and well worth the money for the fishing and the saftey. Once you get to the island you can walk out from downtown.
