Unless you have an airboat the lake is a day or 2 from being unsafe. Some areas are thinning fast and the current is really rolling under the ice. Erosion from current on the bottom of the ice and rotting from above can only mean 1 thing, the Coast Gaurd will be very busy if people push there luck.

ATTN all Lund owners!!

We are a week away from needing your services to break out a path to open water so we can continue to hammer down ice fishing style from the boat. I'll spud bar the ramp if I can follow.

Sincerely,
Glass hull owner

Yep, kiss it goodbye...

I'm sitting here in my living room and listening to the heavy rain hit my windows...even heard some thunder boomers tonight too! That ice is not going to be safe anymore, that's for sure.

I guess I have to feel sorry for you poor souls who live in the warmer climes. I was driving on good ice in Wyoming this morning. We got 22 walleyes, 4 perch and a ling. There are still campers being pulled out on the ice.
:raisin:
Good luck.

Around 40 inches of ice on Lake of the Woods last week.:rock-on:

Limits of sauger and walleyes 14 - 19 inches.

The jumbo perch are starting to hit on Mille acs.

Lots of ice fishing left here.:rockit:

I hear that a new model called the "Ice Breaker" is coming out next year. We all know that the double hulled Lunds are the best that there is and that Lund Owners are as close to The "Big Guy" as possible but this boat is pushing the envelope.
