Are these quality rods?
I had a problem with a flasher I purchased this year. Ended up having to replace it each of the first two times I used it because it was defective. I contacted the manufacturer and told them I was not to pleased about being on my third unit in the same month and that I was thinking about returning it to the retailer and getting a different brand. I also told them I felt that it had been quite an inconvenience to me having to replace the unit two times. They told me not to worry, that they would take care of me. Today I received a Mammoth ice rod in the mail. It is a 28” heavy action rod. Maybe I shouldn’t complain, but I thought they could at least have sent me an extra battery for the inconvenience.
