Lowrance x-15mt and WAAS

I inquired to Lowrance about upgradeing my X-15mt to WAAS capability and received the following response.

Thank you for your inquiry. There will be an upgrade kit available sometime
in April. It will involve both hardware and software. Yes, there will be a
charge for the kit, but there is no pricing set at this time.

Doc: I was told the same at the Bass Pro Shops store in Hollywood FL last week. They had their annual show and several of the manufacture's were there talking up their product lines. I asked about the GPS speed in a window on the mapping window, soon but not yet!!! I still LOVE THE UNIT.....Kaz

I received the Freeport Marine 2002 Catalog. They have the LGC-12W (Waas enabled) GPS Antenna/Receiver.
