Zack,
I don't think you can get your canadian license on line, but here is a number for the mnr. 1-800-667-1940. They will take your info, you give them your credit card number and get your license within two weeks they say.
Hope this helps,

I ordered my license over the phone a couple years ago and would definitely do it again. They said two weeks but I got it in less than a week. Very quick and easy

I get my license every year by calling the 800 number posted above and have them transfer me to the office closest to me. I give them my credit card number and in less than a week I have my license and the rule book. It isn't worth the drive across the bridge to Canada.
The web site only makes it worse!!! We have provinces up here. There is no such thing as a U.S. fishing licence, what the he!! makes you think there is a "CANADIAN FISHING LICENCE". How do you find fish if you can't READ A MAP well enough to know that the country is devided into smaller areas!!

EH,
Oh please pardon my stupidity, I hope you can forgive some us americans that aren't as smart as you in the "Great White North". Once again please pardon my ignorance, in as much as I and some of my non-map reading friends. We will try and do better next time if you promise not to get mad at us again. LMAO!!!!! By the way, EH if you don't like the site GO ELSEWHERE...
Bigfish,
Good Luck with your U.S. fishing permit.

Hey, ~~~~~~~~~~ that's a little harsh fro a good fisherman ><>.
Canada has been an adventure to me for many years - many good fishers there that have gone out of their way to help ><> many good round table chats. Keep the fishing fun !! :)

I just ordered my Canadian fishing license from the phone number listed above. The conservation license has a 2 fish limit per day, so I got the sport license. It was $37 for the 7 day license plus $7 to ship it to my house. They were very friendly to deal with and she said I would have it in about a week.

I am in no way, shape or form knocking my friends from Canada. I just took exception to the remarks from our guest user EH. If I offended anybody in any way I sincerly apologize. Maybe it's me that has cabin fever or not enough caffine or something. Again I apologize to everybody.
Good Luck to all this spring and summer on the waters in and around our two great countries.

I apologize for coming across so harsh. I live in Manitoba and for the last week have been taking alot of abuse from a vender I deal with in MN. about Ontario fishing regs. I can't get through to him that it wouild be like me ripping into him about Wisconsin regs. It hit a hot button and I stooped to his level. Again I apologize, I was out of line with my response.
Thanks guys I think I got my answer. I appreciate the help.
