Anyone know when the Merc extended warranty promos uassaully start?

I think that it has always been January 1 thru around April 15th...but this year it was extended until June 30th.

Are you sure? I thought they were sometime in the fall through April.

99% sure, but you should probably call a Merc dealer to confirm. Usually those promotions come along about the same time as the boat shows...late winter / early spring.
