Does anyone know if I run my wires to my marine radio along side my sonar cables if it will interfear with one another?

You should try to keep the wiring seperated as much as possible. Run seperate jacked marine wire directly to the battery for your VHF. This will help alot.

What about the antenna cable I'm more worried about that than anything

The same holds true for the antenna wire. Keep it as far away as possible. If you can-run the antenna wire on the opposite side of the boat. The antenna should be a minimum of three feet from the radio and the cable not shorter than six feet.
