I have a 113/4 x 5 3/4 3 blade prop on my 1850. I can not get down much below 1.25mph in Colorado with it. Any suggestions on another prop to use. This thing is huge!

Do you have any idea what your idle rpms are? If not, you may want to get it checked, or put one of these tiny-tachs: http://www.tinytach.com/tinytach/gasoline.php on it. It may be idling higher than it should. Or, a competent prop shop should be able to reduce the blade diameter. I don't think there's many other prop choices available for that motor. Maybe leave the big motor in gear, so the prop drag helps?
