Had to take off the coupler/actuater off on an EZ Loader trailer. Now I guess I have to bleed the brakes anyone know a simple procedure?

Any service station should be able to pressure bleed them for less than 50 bucks.

On the few I have done there is a access on the actuator to use a big flat screw driver to pump the brake piston. Insert screw driver (okay pry bar to be technical and correct) Pull pry bar to compress the actuator piston, hold Have some one bleed brakes. repeat as required.
