i have just purchased 2 new 20 horse yammy 4 strokes. both motors are very hard to start at first initial start up of the day after that they start first pull. has this got something to do with the initial break in? has anybody else had this problem? the new motors have no choke,you just pull until they start, or your arm falls off. i am ready to take it back to the dealer so the mechanic can have a look at them.

You didn't say whether you had read the starting procedure in the owner's manual and were following it exactly. If you have 2 motors doing exactly the same thing, it may not be the motors. A starting procedure change might make a big difference. Good thing to confirm you are using the right procedure before taking these to the shop.
