Ashtabula this weekend

Fished Friday - Sunday out of Bula. Fishing is just on fire down there. We limited out each day with ease north of the 05 line

Best setups continue to be harnesses trolled behind dipsys fished close to the bottom. Running our 3s at 180-200 and 1.5s at 150-170.

Lots of big fish as well. Seemed that each day we were able to land atleast 3 fish over 27" at least one of them each day was pushing 30" Sunday we had a double header one fish 28" they other 30". Very fun!

Colors: Ludington Watermelon, Boy /Girl, Purple Scale, and Firetiger were our top producers.

And don't be afraid to throw out some stick baits as well. They were slamming renowski's and thunder stick jrs as well.

I dont get into the hardware too much. I run some spoons and some renosky plugs at times, but usually i only have 3-4 people on board and just run 4-6 rods usually all with meat on em...

Buddy of mine got a nice big 10.2lb eye this past weekend with a renosky off the dipsy as well.
