LCX 25 or LCX 27 ?

Hey all,

What is the difference if any in the LCX 25 or the LCX 27 ?

My dad has an LCX 25 he says he'll sell me so he can upgrade to the 27.

A very big difference.

X25 is 3-1/4" X 2-1/2" screen size with no GPS
Pixel count 100 x 65

X27C
Display Size is 7 in
Display Type is 16-bit color full VGA SolarMax™ TFT

Display Resolution 480 x 640

If I remember right, their is no difference, both have the 7 inch screen, he was talking about the lcx25 and lcx 27, the 25 you cited was an earlier smaller version.

I have the LCX 25 C and the only differences between that and the 27 C are solar screen, I can't tell the difference. Then the 27C uses the 3000 GPS puck while the 25C uses the 2000 puck but you can get adapters to have the 3000 work on the LCX25. I assumed that these are the models you're talking about. I also know the 25C is heavier because of cooling fins on the back. the Screen size is the same between the two.

I thought the same that the 25c did not have the sloarmax screen but I just sold mine and the box said solarmax screen on it.
