Batteries/Battery chargers

Hey I have a 2 bank charger and three batteries. And instead of buying a three bank charger. Can I Parallel two of the batteries and charge off one bank.(used mostly for my toys) and leave my starting battery on the other bank..Thus using the 3 batteries on a two bank charger ???? It is a 10 amp per bank charger automatic that will charge to the ones most needed. Thanks

Livewire I just talked to my mechanic yesterday about the same thing. He told me to run a line from possative to possative and a line from neg. to neg. You will still have 12 volts it just takes twice is long to charge and this way you can get by with a 2 bank charger. Happy Hooken!!!!!!!!
