If you would like to ice fish and win cash and prizes of over $50000 then you'll want to enter this tournament. They are giving away 2 four wheelers, a Zach Shack Ultimate, 16 Vexilar graphs, 16 Strikemaster 8" Lazer Mag 2 Augers, 2 Aqua Vu Underwater Cameras, and a $500 Berkley Package for the largest walleye. All those prizes are done in a drawing just for entering. Plus they will be paying the top 10 teams and every 10th place. And, all 11th places will get a rod and reel combo for each fisherman. They also pay for largest perch, smallest weight, and farthest away. They had 222 teams last year and are hoping for 300 teams this year. This is the largest fishing tournament in South Dakota. Entries are being taken starting on Tuesday. This is one tournament you want to enter. The cost is only $80 per team and the early bird drawing before December 31st is a FL-20 Vexilar graph. Make sure to enter soon as when you enter is the number you go out. It's hard to believe ice fishing is right around the corner and there isn't better ice fishing then in Mobridge. I hope you can make it!

sorry, didn't know how much I could put on here. First timer...
The tournament is awesome and they start taking entries Tuesday. You can go on the site and enter with a credit card if you want. The sooner you get in, the sooner you get to go on the ice on the day of the tournament. You won't be sorry. We have people come from everywhere including Michigan, Nebraska, Iowa and more. It's a lot of fun and many great prizes. We are still working on getting many more corporate sponsors which means more prizes. What do you think?

This post ran quite a while back, but I thought I'd give an account of the tourney. 397 two-man teams fished. Fishing hours ran from 9 am to 7 pm. Weigh-in was over at 7:16! All prizes (over $70,000 worth) was handed out and people were on their way home by 9:15 pm. 1197 fish weighed in for 1911#. They paid the top 10 and every 10th place wins $100, and every 1's place won a pair of $50 jigging rods. Great tourney, lots of fun, and great excuse to see old friends and make new ones.
