I had to send my LCX-113HD in for service after 14 months from purchasing it because it would not turn on and when I got it back from Lowrance the GPS would not lock on and that was not a problem before I sent the unit in for repair.:mad: Needless to say I was not a happy camper so I e mailed Linda Colt (got her name from a previous thread here on Walleye Central) and I had a response back within 3 hours. She is going to send me a new GPS module, a chip for the latest updates for the unit and give me a 2 year warranty for the unit. So if you are having issues with your Lowrance unit give her a call or e mail and she will most likely help you, she did me.:happy:

I had the same great experience with Linda and my 28chd. She mailed a new unit right out with all of the updated software. etc.
