PJ is correct. The 13" or 14" is only the diameter of the rim/wheel. You have to know the specific tire "numbers" such as ST185-75-R14 to know height. Here is a nice little web site that will let you plug in various sizes and give you the diameter. As a bonus it also let's you know how far your speedo (on a vehicle of course) will be off when changing sizes. You can also go to Goodyear's site for Marathons and they show specs on all of the tires.
