Just thought I would throw this out since there have been a few posts regarding cranks to try. I just received my order from Reef Runner. It took a mere week in a half. I will be placing another order in the very near future. These cranks are hard to come by in my area (Northern Illinois) and I have had a few over the years which always produced. I was impressed by the quick service so I am just passing along my recommendation.

Here at ReelBait we've been behind getting our orders out. Lost my father two weeks ago and threw a wrench into the gears. Getting back up to speed and orders getting turned arount in about 24 hours. Some colors getting hard to come by.

Sorry to hear about your father.

Another endorsement for ReelBait (www.reelbait.com). I had my Reef Runners in less than one week and the invoice was signed by one of the Patterson's (Al?) with a "thanks for the order, see ya on the water".

Those are the little things that help keep a company in business, yet too often are thought of as meaningless. My future orders for Reef Runner will go through ReelBait.

Wow thanks for the link to reel bait I had know idea there were so many hot colors. But you have made my decision difficult what is the got to colors for clear water with the primary forage perch and ciscos?

I would like to order some Reef Runners this spring -- I guess Deep Little rippers. But there are too many color choices. Can anyone recommend 2-4 colors to start with. Plan to troll for walleyes in wisconsin (including Winnebego). I also plan to do some on Lake Michigan -- not really sure if Reef Runners apply.

There are a few threads on the color topic. Seems like a lot of folks like Cheap Sunglasses. I will be experimenting with a lot of colors this year since I just placed another order.

I have placed many orders with Al at Reelbait Co. The service is great and he has a lot of colors and other products that you just can hardly find any where else. It's my one stop Walleye fishing shop. Great prices, great customer service, great selection, great guy to do business with. Try them you'll see what I mean.

I will have to do that. I have heard nothing but good things about reelbait on this site.

I just received an order from Den. When you place your order, with Den or Reelbait, let them know how many lures you want and allow them to pick the colors. I've done this with cranks and spoons when starting out with a new type of lure. When you let them know the details of your fishing they have a good idea of what has worked well in the past. After you start using them you'll develop your own preferences.

How can you contact Reelbait other than over the internet? I like to order without having to use a credit card, but the internet site does not provide an address, etc.

Jack Salmon, here's the address to reelbait. Email Al at info@reelbait.com. He's great, and will be able to work something out for you.
