My son has a 2002 ranger trailer for his ranger boat. I have never had a ranger trailer but he tells me if we try to back this trailer into the garage without the proper electrical connection, the brakes/wheels will lock preventing us from moving the trailer back. On the tonque of the trailer, there is a disc looking device that you can rotate off and beneath this disc is the reservoir for the brake fluid. The disc itself has a lever appearing mechanism that says push here for manual break over ride operation. Could someone please explain this system to me? I can't seem to understand how I can manually override these brakes on this trailer. Thanks in advance.
