How to clean the breach plug?

Anyone have an Idea how to clean the orifice that goes through the breach plug on in-line muzzle loaders. Seams like pipe cleaners and the like are to big to get through.

Any help would be appreciated.

I can't believe somebody doesn't have some unique ideas. Well here is what I have done. I will use solvent or dish soap and warm water to loosen up the deposits. I will us a tooth brush on the small hole and q-tips on the bigger hole. If the toothbrush brissels don't get into the small hole, I will us a cutting torch nozzle cleaning tool. The toothbrush works pretty well. A stiff brissel works best for me.

Thanks for the Info. I have used the tooth brush and it works ok but the cutting torch nozzle cleaning tool sounds like a good idea.
