Of the handfull of tree stands I have, the only one that never kreeked or popped was an old Summit hang on. Thant one was stolen years ago. The newer summits are lighter but all are noisy in the cold. lone Wolf stands were just recomended to me as a solid stand that doesn't make noise in the colder weather. What have you all found to be the quietest stand both hang on and climber in cold weather. Thanks for all replies

I have a Myles Keller hang on that has been bullet proof . I think they were made by Bear River, but I havn't seen them in the stores in years.

My Summit Viper (climber) is a very quiet stand. There are no moving joints. A great all around stand.
