You might try Curly's Bait shop in Douglas. Other than that, maybe some place in Cheyenne. Remember that you have to have a receipt for the minnows with you to prove they are approved for the water in which you use them. Wyoming is really sticky about minnows. They also are really strict about killing any fish before you leave the lake. They have had walleye show up in some trout only lakes and want to FRY the person(s) that put them in there. I think there is something like $5,000 or $10,000 reward for information that helps find the guilty party that illegally planted the walleye. Good luck fishing.

Check out the Wyoming DNR for licensed bait shops. They probably have a listing, and they will almost certainly have some sort of rules on which species you can use where and how you must handle them. If they don't have anything specific on their website, they almost certainly do have a call-in line or Email address where they answer questions. There is a link to the listing of state DNRs on the Walleye Central Home Page.

The trading post in Glendo has minnows in the spring and summer. They may still carry some. If he doesn't have any he may at least know where to get some. He is open pretty early and almost all days.
