I am going to eagle lake in middle of july. Going to stay at EagleLake Islang Lodge. Need some information on where to fish.

Fishing is good this time of year for smallmouth and walleye. I have fished on the east end of the lake many times. Around the islands is good and across the lake in areas such a bear narrows and frogshead bay. I haven't been there for a couple of years so I don't know the water levels. This end of the lake has many small reefs and boulders so beware. Drop me a line if you want to know more. tmayhall@tds.net
